By prioritizing intuitive interfaces and functionality, we crafted an experience that empowers users to shape their careers effectively. The project focused on facilitating career development for job seekers and assisting employers in finding qualified talent, thereby offering an impactful solution for both parties involved.
During the UX design process for Arbeidsmarktdag.nl, a problem arose when user testing revealed that some job seekers were having difficulty navigating the site to find relevant resources and job listings.
To address this issue, we conducted a thorough review of the site's navigation structure and information architecture. Based on user feedback, we simplified the navigation menu, implemented clear call-to-action buttons, and optimized the search functionality. Additionally, we enhanced the categorization of job listings and resources to improve discoverability. These adjustments ensured a smoother user experience and easier access to the desired content, ultimately resolving the navigation challenge identified during user testing.
